His real estate career began with personal investments, including everything from mobile homes to apartment buildings. Over the years, Scott has built, developed, and assisted countless clients in buying and selling properties. His deep understanding of Denver’s competitive market, combined with his expertise in residential, multifamily, Luxury, investment, and owner-occupant transactions, allows him to create an enjoyable experience for every client—whether it’s their first home or twentieth investment.

Scott’s wife, Lisa, joined the team after a journey that began with real estate investing and helping assist people sell before the auction date facing foreclosure. This grew into guiding and supporting more traditional buyers and sellers. Her background in customer care makes her an attentive listener and a trusted guide. Lisa and Scott offer a collaborative approach, pairing real estate expertise with creative mortgage and financial planning resources to support clients’ long-term success.

Together, Scott and Lisa form a dynamic team in both business and life. Based in Thornton, they lead an active family life, supporting their son’s journey in sports science and hockey, and team up together with their daughter’s ambition to become a business entrepreneur and real estate attorney. They cherish family vacations and love spending time with their extended family nearby. Their relationships and close-knit network of friends are central to their life journey.
